The College will soon be starting to allocate residential student accommodation. If you’re coming to us in September and want to live in halls of residence don’t forget to get your application in.
Below is a step by step guide on the application process. If you’re having any issues please do not hesitate to contact us on the number below.
If you haven’t yet viewed our range of accommodation options and would like to visit the College to do so, please call us on 01270 613209 (between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday) to arrange an appointment.
Go to the college website www.reaseheath.ac.uk and click on the banner running across the top of the page.
This will take you to a web page with further information about living at Reaseheath and applying for residential accommodation.
On the Application for Accommodation page explore the information and, when you’re ready to apply, click one of the dark blue buttons headed “Apply for accommodation – over 18” or “Apply for accommodation – under 18″ depending on your age when starting in college in September.
This should take you through to the Reaseheath College Online Store.
Check you have applied for the correct Accommodation application (Under 18 or Over 18). After you have checked this click “Add to Basket” to go through to the next step.
Complete the questionnaire provided ensuring all areas are filled out. Then click the “Next” button on the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Complete the required information on the “Medical History” page and click the “Next Button” to go through to the payment page.
Check your order is correct before proceeding to the checkout.
Student finance will receive your payment at the same time the Accommodation Officer receives your application.
The Accommodation Officer will input your details on to the system before sending you an email informing you that your application has been received. Please note you may also receive an email if the information you provided is not correct or incomplete.
Once all applications are received the Accommodations Team will process them and allocate rooms.
You will receive confirmation that your application has been successful either by email or post. If you are unsuccessful you will be informed of this and your £200 refunded.
