The students were more than happy in seeing me used for most of his demonstrations and just about every pressure point in my body is feeling it today!

Students Josh Baines and Thomas Adjetby gained their orange belts last week and yet again this year I’m fortunate enough to have a class of great students!

Jujitsu team meets world boxing champion

Last Saturday, members of the Reaseheath Jujitsu Club took part in an inter club jujitsu course in Oxford. Jujitsu clubs from Chester, Rhyl, London, as well as Oxford took part.

In the evening they held a black tie dinner at Christchurch College, which is part of Oxford University.

Students had the opportunity to attend the dinner, which hosted John Conteh the former world boxing champion, as guest speaker.  A great day and night for all concerned.

It’s been a great year so far, with up to 18 students now attend jujitsu at college each Monday and Wednesday evening and more coming along on a Thursday night for training in Chester too.
